La république du chic: Lacey Afternoon

This blog post pays tribute to my love of lace. The selected outfits are only a small selection of clothing with lace in my closet. It's safe to say that lace just about makes up one of the most common theme in what I wear. Some lace can look cheap so I try to select carefully when purchasing any lace-related items to keep the feminine detail looking elegant, romantic, classic, and above all, chic!

Once again, these photos shot in sepia were photographed by my talented friend, Angela. She captured just the right mood, a balance of romantic and nostalgic in the mid-afternoon sun. My French Bulldog, Bono, also makes an appearance. Thanks Angie and Bono, for a lovely lacey afernoon!
